Compensation Structure:

  • 100% Commission on personal real estate transactions (no brokerage split – you keep 100% of your commissions).

  • Monthly bonus equal to 30% of your region’s net profits (the larger your team, the larger your bonus).

About the Role

The Nest Real Estate Company is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Regional Director to spearhead the launch and growth of our Boston and Metro area region. This is a rare opportunity to essentially run your own brokerage office under the backing and support of an established brand—without the overhead or risks of ownership.

As Regional Director, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of real estate agents while leveraging our intuitive, industry-leading software platform designed to streamline workflows and boost agent success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Growth: Establish and grow the Boston/Metro region by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing agents.

  • Agent Development: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to agents to ensure their success and growth in the industry.

  • Office Management: Oversee the operations of your region, ensuring a professional, productive, and collaborative environment.

  • Recruitment: Drive the expansion of your agent network—your 20% net profit bonus directly rewards regional growth.

  • Business Development: Collaborate with the brokerage leadership team to strategically plan for regional expansion, including the opening of additional office locations once growth justifies it.

  • Culture Building: Foster a supportive and innovative culture where agents feel empowered and proud to be part of the team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts (broker’s license preferred or willingness to obtain).

  • Proven track record in real estate sales and/or team leadership.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


Location: Flexible

(flexibility to establish an additional office when agent count supports expansion)
