Hi, I’m Susana! I’ve spent most of my life helping others—starting with a long career in healthcare that began when I was just 17. Over the years, I found myself drawn to real estate through my love of home-selling shows, beautiful home photos, and the excitement that comes with each unique property.
My real passion was sparked when I had the opportunity to help my parents sell their home and buy a new one in another state. I loved every step of the process—touring homes, learning something new each day, and most of all, seeing the joy they felt when they found the right place. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in real estate so I could help others feel that same happiness.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with first-time homebuyers, Portuguese-speaking clients, and families going through life transitions. Whether they went through with a move or postponed their journey, each relationship has brought lasting connections and meaningful friendships—something I truly value.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually outside with family or friends playing badminton or tennis, going for walks with my dog; Shyne, or tending to my rose garden. I also love the beach, scuba diving, and have a bucket list goal to cage dive with Great White sharks!
